Dave Sloan has technical and sales management experience serving such Fortune 500 companies and institutions as Intel, Honeywell, Arizona State University and Motorola. With a reputation for being a good listener and resourceful solutions designer, he has a passion for hands-on problem solving with clients and finds working with small businesses very rewarding. In every client interaction, he likes to find new ways to improve efficiencies, create cost savings, improve information flow and simply deliver the “wow” factor. “What I love to do is apply technology to businesses I know, inside and out, that are owned by people I can connect to on a personal level.”

Not only is Dave actively involved in community-based mentorship programs that assist professionals with personal development, but he also has organized charitable giving efforts in Vietnam, Egypt and locally in Phoenix to benefit underprivileged schoolchildren. He worked with a group of 250 volunteers to provide Calderwood Alternative School with an extreme makeover, outfitting the organization with remodeled interiors, technology equipment, outdoor play areas and more.

An avid outdoor adventure enthusiast, Dave’s favorite recreational activities include mountain climbing and kitesurfing.

With degrees in Network Administration and Organizational Leadership, Rishi Sood worked at Mesa Community College, where he managed the comprehensive Information Technology needs of more than 120 workstations, 10 classrooms and 30-50 classes per semester, as well as assisted in curriculum development for Cisco Systems, Inc. He joined Affinity Technology in 2004 as Technical Manager, and he quickly earned a promotion to VP of Operations with his keen interest in strategic business consulting, adaptive resilience for grasping new technologies and strong knack for client relationship management. “My favorite part about what I do for a living is taking care of people by helping solve their technology issues.”

After having completed multiple trainings with technology industry leaders like Cisco Systems and Microsoft, Rishi continues to learn about the latest niche technologies at annual conferences, tradeshows and specialized events, as well as through a network of peers that he maintains close contact with. Additionally, he volunteers his time as a seminar instructor and support technician to facilitate leadership development among professional peers.

Outside of work, Rishi enjoys the company of his family, and likes to spend time pursuing various outdoor activities.
