Troy Poore joins Affinity Technology in a career that spans more than two decades in IT Management across multiple sectors, including Healthcare and Managed Services. He has built technology teams for some of the largest organizations in the country.
As COO, it’s this team building prowess that helps bring Affinity Technology to the next level. Troy believes in teamwork and continuous improvement and takes advantage of everyday opportunities to teach and encourage growth and shared knowledge in our team.

Troy is the perfect cultural fit for our clients, and for our team, since he understands the role technology has on a business’ competitive edge and profit. He’s adept at driving customer service, as well as strategy for our clients. This attention to detail allows Affinity to deliver the best solution for the future of our client’s business.
When he isn’t implementing systems for Affinity Technology customers, Troy can be found hiking, camping, fishing, or doing just about anything near the ocean. He was raised on a ranch at the base of a large mountain range and enjoys spending time outdoors. If there’s an adventure, there is a Brando; Troy’s Queensland healer. Often close by is Troy’s wife, who loves seeing what is around the next bend of the trail and shares in many of the adventures.
In addition to adventures, Troy likes cooking and smoking meats while experimenting with and creating his own spice rubs and sauces (with the help of his wife of course!) Troy believes there isn’t a food that can’t be turned into a taco. He is an avid tea and bourbon drinker who revels in getting lost in the world of a good book to unwind.
Troy holds a Master of Executive Business Administration degree and multiple certificates in leadership, and technical competencies.
